Stanwood voters elected Sid Roberts as mayor in 2021 to provide new direction to the city. After four years under his guidance, civic pride is back! Stanwood needs Sid’s continued leadership to focus on issues of concern and to complete important projects.

Public safety, traffic, and growth concern Stanwood residents. Sid is also concerned and knows how to get things done at the city, whether that is working on solutions for congestion on SR 532, building a new police station or flood control.

Sid is mindful of the rising cost of living and will help keep spending in check. He opposed building a costly city campus, recommending a remodel of city hall instead, saving millions. Stanwood has received more than $10 million in grant funding under Sid’s tenure. He makes responsible, common-sense decisions when taxpayer money is at stake.

Whether walking the streets of Stanwood or enjoying the new Port Susan Trail, Sid keeps an eye on the city and seeks input from those he meets. He listens, and he cares. He knows working together to improve the community we all share is the key to success.

Sid would be honored to serve a second term as Stanwood mayor.
